IL PESCE PUZZA DALLA TESTA //TBA
Il pesce puzza dalla testa [The fish rots from the head] is a quiet short film about the bond between a boy and his grandfather, and what is lost, passed on, or left unspoken across generations. While the italian saying normally refers to corruption, here it reflects how trauma, patterns, and knowledge are transmitted over time.
Set against social fragmentation, rising extremism, and the fading of witnesses like Margot Friedländer, the film places intergenerational dialogue at its centre. It believes in the power of simple questions as a possible starting point for change: political, social, and personal.
